Please give up to 5 business days for shipping out products. You will receive notice via email or text of your products status. If you do not receive your product once it's shipped on our end, please contact your local USPS carrier to locate your items first. It is out of our hands once we have shipped the items. We work with our customers to find a solution but cannot always replace lost or stolen items.
We cannot take back opened product or used products. We will only take back products damaged during shipping and it must be within 7 days of purchasing. Please send a picture of the damaged product once you receive it.
